Condition: original red boards good, gilt illustration on front, gilt spine titles, dark green end-papers clean (both hinges cracked), end-papers foxed, fore-edge uncut, spine faded, head and foot slightly threadbare, corners bumped, marked and slightly scuffed; binding tender in places with some gatherings being loose, text is clean throughout.
