Book Description: 64pp. #22 of 300 copies, signed by author. A very good copy in the original 1/4 leather with salmon paper boards, as issued. Numerous B/W illustations of original Bowler sketches and fold-outs.
Book Condition: 3cm pen mark to outside front cover. Light bumping to corners. Prev. owner name to paste-down.Internally fine.
Conceived in July 1967, when the author visited Mauritius with his wife primarily in search of pictures by Thomas Bowler.
