A study on the origins of Zimbabwe, specifically the aspects of megalithic ruins in areas such as Great Zimbabwe, Khami, Naletale, Dhlo-Dhlo, and the terraces of Inyanga, as well as the ethnicity, religious practices, and influences of Egyptian and Zingian cultures on the area; 248pp. including index and bibliography, well illustrated mostly in b/w (some colour plates). In very good condition, cover and binding are sound, edges are faded, foxed end-papers and with occasional light foxing throughout, long nine line presentation inscription at top left of f.f.e-p. - a presentable copy.
