Original gilt title on decorated green cloth boards. 240pp. map in pocket at rear. A 1937 clipping from \'The Star\' covers issues between Baines & Charles Livingstone pasted to front pastedown. Ownership inscriptions to ffep. Tipped-in frontis of Author. Slightly loose, but sound, neither joints nor hinges cracked. Boards spotted, soft to head & tail of spine, but nevertheless a fairly attractive copy.
