Magnificent, large, double page hand-coloured aquatint of the battle, one full-page hand-coloured aquatint of the town of Waterloo, two full-page hand-coloured aquatints, each containing two engravings, two full-page engravings of portraits of leaders on both sides, two woodcuts, full-page map of the battle. ABBEY "LIFE" #354. Rebound cloth, almost untrimmed, with large margins, some margin tears (a few showing signs of old tape repair), double plate splitting along fold, some time stains on engravings, foxing.
