Original brown leather with gilt titling on the spine and The Star's device on the upper board. Original dust jacket. Not paginated. Over 180 monochrome photographic illustrations. Volume 2 is a copy of the standard edition. Original brown boards with no titling. Original dust jacket. CONDITION DETAILS: The dust jacket of volume 1 has some edge wear, creasing and tape residue on the underside where a plastic cover was attached (removed).
