The front end papers are followed by the title page, portrait of Sir Richard Southey, dedication,errata, the preface at page viii and the index follows to page xiv, 254 text pages followed by 7 pages of advertisements. Many pages are uncut. CONDITION DETAILS: The binding has some edge wear and scarring. The end papers have mottled browning. Other flaws are too minor to detract from the overall impression of a very reasonable copy.
