Description:
Copy number 95 of an edition limited to 1,500 copies. Original dark blue simulated leather binding with titling on the upper board. Original dust jacket. 10 prelims, 2 fold out maps, 42 text and map pages, some fold out and profusely illustrated in black and white. CONDITION DETAILS: A highlighter pen was used on several pages. There is a bookplate on the free front end paper. The dust jacket has some wear, tape repairs and tape residue marks. The binding is intact but there is sticky tape residue where tape was removed. This tape residue on the binding can probably be removed with a solvent. A well used copy.
