Description:
Two volumes: 200 + 193 pages, printed throughout in black and red, with flourishes in blue and green by Edward Johnston and signed thus by him on the colophon pages, full limp vellum by the Doves Bindery titled gilt on the spines, edges uncut, one of 250 copies on paper, a very good set.
Printed by T.J. Cobden –Sanderson & Emery Walker at the Doves Press from the first edition, 1855. Number of copies printed, paper: 250; vellum: 13. Compositor: J.H. Mason. Pressmen: H. Gage-Cole, and Albert Lewis.
