Original maroon cloth boards with gilt titling on the spine. Following the front end papers are the frontis with tissue guard, title page,dedication page, preface, contents, 120 text pages. There are a total of 6 black and white plates, as called for. CONDITION DETAILS: The binding has a little wear at the extremities. The frontis tissue guard and the back free end paper have some foxing, which also occurs, but to a small degree, on other pages.
