Jock and Fitz
Niven, Cecily (compiler)
Description:
A fairly scarce little book with plenty of background information on Sir Percy Fitzpatrick and Edmund Caldwell, the illustrator, as well as the origins of the story (which was initially a story told to his four children) and which ideas he expanded upon to create the book, with the inclusion of illustrations which were not used in the book. Book condition: very good, tightly bound copy, but head of spine is damaged (1cm); jacket is good but again head of spine area is worn and creased with some loss, not price-clipped.
