Dusty Days and Distant Drums - A Hunting Chronicle - (signed by author)

Rindone, William

Description:

'A Hunting Chronicle' with foreword by South African professional hunter Rob Deane, and with illustrations, paintings and bronzes by Lorenzo Ghiglieri, 259pp, 14 chapters, each named after a region, e.g. Kenya, Iran, Mozambique, Sudan, Zululand, Botswana, Rhodesia, Angola, Namibia, Transvaal, and Cameroon. The brown leatherette cover is in very good condition, however internally the book has suffered water soiling resulting in wavy pages and dark mould spots to end-papers, title-page and fore-edge, and other patches of mould spots, water soiling throughout, more on lower half of the text block. The text however is all legible and the photographs and illustrations are all in good shape. Quite a scarce book, signed by the author on the title page.
