78 pages of letterpress, 47 plates, the order of service and newspaper facsimiles are contained in pockets in front and back covers, full black leather with silver titling on the upper cover and spine, silk place marker, top edge gilt, contained in a black leather slip case with green felt lining and titled in silver on both sides, a fine copy.

The edition was limited to 750 – on the limitation page the publisher Louis Bolze has written, ‘De Luxe Copy. This is the only copy to have been bound in this de-luxe leather binding. Louis W. Bolze, Publisher. 26th March 1972.’
