Essays on English culture, history and politics of the late 17th, early 18th century. This one is a translation from the original Latin 'by another hand', following the first translation by Parker's sone in the preceding year.Generally good condition in pannelled full calf, but the titling on the spine has eroded and is barely visible. Textblock clean and tight, but eps foxed and back hinge cracked.
